At ProRelief, we process and ship every order as fast as possible so you can start feeling relief sooner.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Please note shipping times may vary slightly due to customs processing or high demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@prorelief.com and we will look into it immediately.

Customs & Import Fees

ProRelief ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days at support@prorelief.com and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

Wrong Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. ProRelief is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away at support@prorelief.com and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
